Disney Channel has ordered additional episodes for the third season of Hannah Montana and a second season of The Suite Life on Deck-the network’s hit live-action series.

In the fourth quarter, Hannah Montana was basic cable’s top-rated series among kids 6-11 and tweens 9-14 and the No. 1 scripted series in total viewers. The Suite Life on Deck is currently ranks second among kids 6-11 and tweens 9-14 and is the third most-watched scripted series on basic cable in total viewers.

“The talent behind Hannah Montana has made it a true global sensation and cultural icon not just on television, where it topped the ratings on Disney Channels around the globe, but as a chart-topping music act and beyond,” Gary Marsh, president of entertainment for Disney Channels Worldwide, said in a statement. “We’re thrilled with the extraordinary performance of our newest series, The Suite Life on Deck, in the U.S. and globally, and we look forward to telling more great stories with this talented cast and production team.”

Since its premiere in September, The Suite Life on Deck has reached 27 million unduplicated viewers worldwide. Set aboard a luxury cruise liner, the series tells the story of teenage twins Zack and Cody Martin and hotel heiress London Tipton as they spend a semester at sea aboard the SS Tipton.

MADDIE’S BACK!

Former Suite Life of Zack and Cody star Ashley Tisdale lounges on the deck of the S.S. Tipton with Brenda Song and Debby Ryan as she returns to her roots in the spin-off show, The Suite Life on Deck.

The 23-year-old actress returns to the show as London’s (Song) BFF, Maddie Fitzpatrick and gains a new friend in Bailey (Ryan). In the brand-new episode entitled, “Maddie on Deck,” Maddie captures the heart of 8-year-old prince, Jeffy of Linchtenstamp, and she’s even more surprised to find out he wants her hand in marriage. It’s again, up to Zack and Cody (Dylan and Cole Sprouse) to win back Maddie’s honor.

The episode airs Friday, January 16th @ 8 PM ET/PT on Disney Channel. Be sure to watch!

“Sea Monster Mash” – Cody insists that the never-seen Galapagos Gertie exists and chooses Bailey as his partner for a science project on the sea monster. Meanwhile, Zack, London and Woody are left to fend for themselves and do the project on their own, on “The Suite Life On Deck” airing FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14 (8:00 p.m. ET/PT) on Disney Channel.

“Flowers and Chocolate” – When Cody finds out that Barbara is now dating Bob, he pretends that Bailey is his girlfriend to make her jealous, but his plan backfires when Bailey catches on to his act, on “The Suite Life On Deck” airing FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21 (8:00 p.m. ET/PT) on Disney Channel.

“Boo You” – Zack and Cody try to help the ship’s security guard, Kirby, pass the high school equivalency exam so he can apply to be the ship’s executive security guard which requires a degree. Meanwhile, London makes Bailey the object of her new “Yay Me!” segment called “Boo You!” and goes a little too far when trying to embarrass her, on “The Suite Life On Deck” airing FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5 (8:00 p.m. ET/PT) on Disney Channel.

When the kids at Seven Seas High stop in Greece to explore ancient ruins, they meet a handsome Greek tour guide who seems to have a crush on Bailey. To get her attention, Cody gives her what he thinks is a replica of an ancient Greek amulet. When they discover that it’s the real amulet, it’s up to Zack, Cody and Bailey to put it back before anyone notices.

Airs October 31, 2008.

A crush’s rich “boyfriend” and rude mother try to keep Zack and her away from each other. Meanwhile, an intelligence test between London’s dog, Ivana, and Bailey’s pet pig, Porkers, is held, with Cody as the referee.

Show And Tell (aka Showgirls)

Zack convinces Cody to sneak out after curfew so they can catch the Starlight Follies show. The manage to make it past the security guards (with a great mustache I might add) and get into the show and then they see something a little surprising. They are pretty darn sure that one of the show girls is their teacher, Miss Tutweiller. Meanwhile, London and Bailey are convinced that Miss Tutweiller and Mr. Moseby are dating and they are trying to prove it.

Debby recently posted her and her friends “On Deck Party”, this is a really great video to show you all that Debby is still a normal teenager! Sadly the video is disapled for embedding so to see the video click HERE. Also, I just got done watching the new episode of Suite Life on Deck and it was GREAAATT! Debby did absolutely amazing… as usual! For all of you who still have several hours to wait for it to come on I hope you all enjoy it and be sure to tell us what you thought of the episode.

“The Suite Life on Deck” is officially a hit spin-off series. According to the ratings, it was Friday’s number 1 TV show among kids 6-11 and tweens 9-14. On top of that, it was TV’s second most watched entertainment show. These awesome ratings makes TSLD Disney’s most watched non-DCOM.

The next episode airs Friday, October 3rd. It’s called “Broke N Yo-Yo” and it’s about Mr. Moseby putting Zack to work after he goes broke buying all of the girls on board the ship gifts. Cody decided to enter a yo-yo competition to impress Bailey.

1.05 – Show and Tell

Zack convinces Cody to sneak out after curfew to catch the Starlight Follies show on the ship. When they finally make it past the security guard and into the show, they become convinced that their teacher, Miss Tutweiller, is one of the showgirls. Meanwhile, London and Bailey are on a mission to prove that Miss Tutweiller is dating Mr. Moseby after overhearing a conversation between the two.

1.06 – International Dateline

The ship is struck by lightning when it crosses the International Dateline which places Cody in the same day over and over. He tries to use each day as a chance to let Bailey know how he feels about her, but something gets in the way every time. It’s then up to Cody to divert the ship from the lightning to set them back on the right course.
